| The
purpose of "Music for Christ", our ministry, is to spread the Gospel through music. We started in 1991 and the ministry and we're working on by God's Grace. |
God's
gifting in us is all the capital we started this work with: Philo's voice and the musical and technical talents of Serge. |
That's
why we first give God the Glory in everything we're doing in this ministry: He has given us everything we have. |

| In 1994, our first tape titled "Louanges en Sol Majeur" ( Praises in G Major) was released. It's a selection of popular praise songs in the D.R. Congo at that time. We've recorded the most popular ones in a 24 minutes medley, providing the cell groups and the youth in the congregations with a powerful tool of praise. | The second song on the Tape is "L'Afrique sera sauvée" ( Africa will be saved). It's a quiet song of hope where we're calling for prayer for Africa. You'll discover a special performance of Philo's voice singing to a single piano. You can hear some samples of "Louanges en Sol Majeur". | |

| In 1997, our first CD titled "Nzambe na Nguya!" ( God Almighty) was released. There are 12 songs on that CD, most of them written by Serge and Philo. They are very different as well in the musical style as in the message and the language. It's because we want all of you to find at least one song you'll really appreciate, and so allowing the message of hope and life we're singing to be accessible to everybody. | For the musical style, there are pop, reggae, zouk, rumba and soukous songs. For the language, there are Lingala, French and Swahili songs. For message, there are praise, worship, prayer and outreach songs. We want everybody to really understand what we're singing, that's why you'll find all the words in the CD booklet, not only the original language, but translations in English, French and German as well. You can hear some samples of the "Nzambe na Nguya!" CD. | |

| In 2002,
the long awaited video of "Nzambe na Nguya"
is finally released. There are 9 songs in the video: 8 from the "Nzambe
na Nguya" CD and one new unreleased Christmas song, Yesu
abotami. The latest is very particular because it's based principally on
African percussions. |
